I watched the son within the last few minutes at 6 pm stop people from using the last free session of the dryer. Treat customers disrespectful, even the elderly.They have free Tuesday and Thursday dryers end at 6pm.
The manager and staff do nothing about it.I have literally seen both the mom and son create arguments with customers. Customers leave their clothes for hours after the machine has stopped. It's the most selfish thing I have ever seen. I appreciate the Akins family for expanding across the country.However, hiring the wrong staff kills their business.Sometimes, you have weird customer issues like customers using the dry as a folding station. If they hire better staff, I would give it a five-star.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The concept, build, and structure are hands down amazing. Dead roaches detergent spills & trash on the floor, just awaiting a slip & fall law suit. You know how people are just not mentally stable. Try to avoid the two of them at all cost. I record every time I go there for my own safety.

They truly have mental issues.The mother and son both create issues with so many customers.Never a professional interaction or descalated resolve of issue.
Never a proper greeting They do not keep the facility clear of debris. The mother always has a disapproving expression on her face with an attitude. The son is almost always sagging his pants, showing his behind like actual flesh. The staff at the Lee rd location are rude, unprofessional, and nasty.
